
This page describes how to send old orders from your Woocommerce store to your linked Subuno account. You only need to do this manually for orders that are not already in Subuno (i.e. orders that came in before you installed our app.)
STEP 1 – log in
Log into your Woocommerce store.
STEP 2 – navigate to the specific order
Find the specific order you want to review in Subuno by selecting it from your order list.

STEP 3 – send it to Subuno
Once you are in the order, find the Subuno Fraud Prevention dialogue box (should be on the right hand side of the page), and click on the “Send order to Subuno” button.

By clicking the button, you are manually sending the order to Subuno for review. The order will go through your fraud prevention rules in your Subuno account and get assigned an action flag.
STEP 4 – see the result in Subuno
You can now see the order in Subuno by going to the Archive.

Alternatively, you can search for the order by entering the order ID number.

STEP 5 – see the result in Woocomerce

Refresh your order page. If you have the “Subuno order notes update” advanced option turned on (default), you should now see entries in the “Order Notes” section of your order.
You may also get an email in your inbox if you have email alerts turned on.
