ADVANCED OPTIONS CONFIGURATION
Subuno provides many built-in options that make your fraud prevention and order processing easier. The available options are located in the Advanced Options dialog box.
To keep you inform of what’s happening, Subuno insert entries in the Order Notes dialog box in each order page. Checking the box will turn off the insertion is these notes, but will not affect Subuno screening.
SUBUNO ACCEPTS AN ORDER
Your Subuno account comes with a customizable rules engine that allows you to finely tailor your defense. When Subuno receives an order from your Woocommerce store (automatically), Subuno performs the screening, then returns an action flag (accept, reject or review). If you would like Subuno’s acceptance to automatically change the order status, select the order status you would like to set in the drop down menu. This may depend on your current/intended process and how you perform your fulfillment.
We recommend setting it to “Processing” or “Ready for Fulfillment.”
SUBUNO REJECTS AN ORDER
When Subuno rejects an order, you have the option of canceling the order altogether or put the order on hold. Select the appropriate box, which will become the new order status when the order is rejected by Subuno.
If you choose to cancel the order, you may also select to automatically refund the payment and restock. The automatic refund only works when your store is set to the “authorize & capture” mode. If your store is et to authorized only, you will need to manually void the transaction amount.
Another option you have have when an order rejection triggers the canceling of an order is to send the customer an automatic email message. Check the box if you want to enable this option. Feel free to change the template subject line and message as you see fit. Please note that the email will be sent regardless whether you are canceling the order or putting it on hold. Be sure to tailor your message accordingly!
SUBUNO MARKS AN ORDER FOR REVIEW
Sometimes Subuno marks an order for review. You have the option of automatically put the order on hold or cancel the order.
We recommend putting the order on hold to give you a chance to manually verify.
