
This page describes how to send old orders from your Shopify store to your linked Subuno account. You only need to do this manually for orders that are not already in Subuno (i.e. orders that came in before you installed our app.)
STEP 1 – log in
Log into your Shopify Store.
STEP 2 – navigate to the specific order
Find the specific order you want to review in Subuno by selecting it from your order list.

STEP 3 – send it to Subuno
Once you are in the order, click on the “More Actions” drop down menu and select “Review Order in Subuno” option.

By clicking on this link, you are manually sending the order to Subuno for review. The order will go through your fraud prevention rules in your Subuno account and get assigned an action flag.
STEP 4 – see the result in Subuno
You can now see the order in Subuno by going to the Archive.

Alternatively, you can search for the order by entering the order ID number.

STEP 5 – see the result in Shopify

Refresh your order page. If you have the “Insert Subuno Message” advanced option turned on, you should now see entries in the “Notes” section of your order.
You may also get an email in your inbox if you have email alerts turned on.
