When you use Subuno Services or when you voluntarily engage in certain activities, such as requesting product information, you are required to register for an account and/or provide certain information about yourself and your company. Customers

When customers place orders in your e-commerce store and you are utilizing Subuno Services, Subuno receives order information (“Order Information”) you’re your e-commerce store. Subuno processes and uses Order Information, to the extent necessary, to help you process orders and detect potential fraud. Subuno does not own Order Information. At anytime, you may request, in writing, Subuno to delete specific Order Information.

From time to time, at your direction, Subuno may send Order Information to a third party in order to receive further data analytics on the Order Information. Subuno does not share Order Information with any third party without your specific instructions, either through automatic rules or through manual triggering commands.

In an ongoing effort to better understand and detect fraud, we may retain Order Information to create machine learning models to detect future fraud patterns and to improve Subuno Services. Subuno may use Order Information to develop new features and improve the overall quality of Subuno Services. Subuno may also analyze Order Information in in aggregate form. This aggregate information does not identify the customers individually. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents and business partners to improve fraud prevention solutions.
