This provides a reverse address lookup and sees what name White Pages has associated with that address. It can be used to verify name and address information along with Google Maps
WHOIS
This provides the registration information of the domain such as when the domain was registered and the name and address of the registrant. It can help to confirm the ownership of a domain name. Fraudsters often try to pass themselves off as a legitimate business so a newly created domain name can be of potential risk.
ZILLOW
This provides access to Zillow’s database of real estate information on the billing or shipping address. It can give an approximate value of the house or apt at the address for evaluation purposes. For example, there may be higher risks associated with shipments to a low value home making purchases for very high value goods.
