Short Descriptions of Subuno Pages and Functions
This page lists and explains commonly used pages/features in Subuno. Your understanding of them will help you understand how Subuno works and be able to quickly access them as you need.
The New Transaction page is where you can enter new orders or transactions into the system manually. Use this page to add new transactions or to test out your rules.
If you are a Bigcommerce merchant, you can use this page to pull old orders into Subuno.
On this page, you will find a listing of orders marked for “review”. These orders are flagged from the rules you set up in your account.
Use the archive page to see a comprehensive listing of all your orders.
This page shows the attributes of a specific order and all the tools available to review and investigate the validity of the order.
Specifically, the page displays details of individual manual review transactions, the associated triggered rules, and the data pulled from the third party services. If you want more information, you can trigger a manual call out to any of the third party service providers that you are subscribed to.

This page lists all your orders currently in Subuno. If you are looking for a specific order, you can search for a specific order using the search page.
Use the search function to locate a specific order you are looking for.
To do so, enter the order ID as it appears in your store (including any symbols).
This page displays all the rules you currently have, both active and inactive ones, in your account.
Subuno fraud prevention rules are highly customizable, so you can create a specific fraud screening system (without knowing how to code) just for your store.
This is where you can find your API key, and see where what plan you are on.
The billing contact email is only used for billing related matters. Subuno will use your tech contact email to contact you concerning all other matters (including alert emails).
This page allows you to configure your Subuno account, such as turning on/off email alerts, preferred time zone, and set your default action. You can also turn different third party services on/off.
