This page describes how to put old orders from your Bigcommerce store in your linked Subuno account. You only need to do this manually for orders that are not already in Subuno (i.e. orders that came in before you installed our app.)
STEP 1 – log in
Log into your Subuno account.
STEP 2 – navigate to the new transaction page
STEP 3 – pull it into Subuno
Once you are in the New Transaction tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the specific Bigcommerce order ID you wish to pull into Subuno, then click on the “Pull Bigcommerce Order” button.
By clicking on this button, you are manually pulling g the order into Subuno for review. The order will go through your fraud prevention rules in your Subuno account and get assigned an action flag.
STEP 4 – see the result in Subuno
When the order has been successfully pulled into Subuno, you will be automatically redirected to the order details page like the example shown below.
Alternatively, you can search for the order by entering the order ID number.
STEP 5 – receive an email alert
