Do I have to sign up with each of the integrated fraud prevention providers in order to use them with Subuno?
No, you do not need to sign up for separate accounts with each provider. For most services, you can begin to use them as soon as you log in with no minimums or volume requirements. You only pay for what you use.
How much will my monthly bill increase if I use paid 3rd party services?
It will largely depend on what services you use and how much of them you use. For most users, the 3rd party services usage increase the monthly fee by less than 15%. For example, if you were on the $19 plan, the 3rd party services costs would on average be around $2-3 extra.
What happens if I go over the number of transactions allowed for my subscription plan? Will my account stop working?
We do not lock down accounts that go over their plan limit. However, we do apply an overage fee for each transaction over the allowed limit that will be added to your monthly charge.
Do I have to sign a long term contract? May I change my plan?
Subuno is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments. You pay month to month and can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-month, your Subuno subscription fee will be pro-rated.
I am not a technology person. Is it easy to install and set up Subuno?
Absolutely. We built Subuno with non-technological business managers in mind. We don’t expect you to fiddle with technology, that’s our job.
